Job Description:

Summary

· The role of a CMI Analyst involves conducting research and analysis to support business decision-making. The main responsibilities include drafting questionnaires, coordinating with teams and vendors, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, providing administrative support for financial tasks, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations to the team. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative research methods, along with experience in business and/or marketing.

· Roles & Responsibilities

· Drafting questionnaires to meet research objectives

· Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to meet project timelines & deliverables

· Using analysis (qualitative and quantitative) to address key research questions and support/disprove proposed hypotheses

· Administrative support in GS3 (finance entry for invoices for purchase orders, and receipts) to ensure timely generation of POs (purchase orders) and recording of GRs (goods receipts)

· Clearly communicating key findings/recommendations in an actionable way to the team

· Minimum Qualifications

· Must have skills:

· Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research

· Business and/or marketing experience

· Research experience

Experience:

· 2+ years of research or consumer insights experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, and related disciplines
