Experience Required: 10+ years
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Chatbot Development.
Experience configuring and designing chatbot dialogs/conversation flows.
Strong Python development experience, including Python frameworks (such as Flask, FastAPI, Django, or similar).
Excellent communication skills.
Previous client-facing experience, including gathering requirements and interacting directly with business stakeholders. Preferred Technical Skills: Experience with chatbot platforms such as: Microsoft Bot Framework
Google Dialogflow
IBM Watson Assistant
Amazon Lex
Kore.ai
Rasa
NLP (Natural Language Processing) experience.
API integration and REST services.
Experience integrating chatbots with enterprise applications.
Knowledge of Azure/OpenAI/LLMs is a plus.
