Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead technical execution and provide architectural guidance across onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Azure technologies, with experience building scalable, resilient, and optimized modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical execution and guide distributed/onshore-offshore engineering teams
• Design and architect scalable data pipelines and modern data platform solutions
• Build and optimize full lifecycle pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran
• Implement metadata-driven and configuration-driven pipeline automation
• Design layered data frameworks using Data Vault and Dimensional/Star Schema models • Perform Snowflake performance tuning, query optimization, and warehouse profiling • Implement governance, observability, and data quality frameworks • Integrate Azure services including Azure DevOps, Blob Storage, and Azure Functions • Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices across teams
