Detailed JD :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology projects within telecom, broadband, and infrastructure environments.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical project delivery, Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, and AI-enabled project management tools. This role requires collaboration with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Sales, and Business teams to ensure successful project execution, operational efficiency, and timely delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

•             Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technical solutions involving networks, software, platforms, and infrastructure.

•            

•             Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, manage budgets, and track deliverables.

•            

•             Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across Engineering, Product, DevOps, Sales, and Business teams.

•            

•             Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

•            

•             Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure timely delivery.

•            

• Provide regular project status updates, executive reports, dashboards, and milestone tracking.

•            

•             Manage technical initiatives involving broadband technologies such as DOCSIS, PON, Wi-Fi, AI/ML, and automation.

•            

•             Utilize AI-assisted tools for project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, reporting, and documentation.

•            

•             Implement workflow automation using Jira Automation and other Agile tool integrations to improve project efficiency.

•            

•             Collaborate with technical teams to resolve project challenges and ensure alignment with business objectives.

•            

•             Monitor project performance using KPIs, analytics, and data-driven insights.

•            

•             Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.

 

Required Qualifications

 

•             Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

•            

•             Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical projects in telecom, ISP, cable/broadband, SaaS, or large-scale infrastructure environments.

•            

•             Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager leading cross-functional programs involving Engineering, Product, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

•            

•             Proven experience managing five or more concurrent technical workstreams.

•            

•             Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), with at least two years of active Agile facilitation.

•            

•             Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.

•            

•             Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, project tracking, reporting, and workflow management.

•            

•             Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools for project planning, automated reporting, and delivery tracking.

•            

•             Familiarity with Jira Automation, Agile integrations, and workflow optimization.

•            

•             Strong experience in project scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

•            

•             Ability to analyze project data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.

•            

•             Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

•             Experience managing telecom or broadband infrastructure projects involving DOCSIS, PON, and Wi-Fi technologies.

•            

•             Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, AIOps platforms, and intelligent automation.

•            

•             Experience with large-scale infrastructure, networking, or SaaS platform delivery.

•            

•             Knowledge of automated reporting, project dashboards, and AI-driven risk analysis.

•            

•             Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic telecom or ISP environments.
