We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex technology programs and drive strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering large-scale software development programs from inception to deployment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for multiple technology initiatives and product releases.

Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Architecture, Security, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery.

Establish governance frameworks, communication plans, and performance metrics.
-
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and quality benchmarks.

Support resource planning, capacity management, and vendor coordination when required.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Software Delivery.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

Experience managing large-scale enterprise applications, cloud-based solutions, and digital transformation programs.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience working with distributed global teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred.

PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of enterprise architecture, microservices, APIs, cybersecurity, and data platforms.

Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or Digital Commerce domain experience is a plus.
