Detailed JD :

We are seeking a highly accomplished Program Manager with 15+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology transformation initiatives. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation, exceptional executive presence, and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology organizations.

This is strictly a Program Management role. We are not seeking Product Managers or Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex, multi-year strategic programs involving software engineering, AI initiatives, cloud transformation, and enterprise modernization efforts.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of Program Management experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Proven success managing multiple cross-functional programs with budgets exceeding $10M+.
• Experience working with C-Level executives, senior business leaders, enterprise architects, and engineering organizations.
• Strong background in Financial Services, Payments, FinTech, Banking, Insurance, or highly regulated industries preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic transformation programs from inception through execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience leading AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Modernization programs.
• Background in Payments, Banking, FinTech, or highly regulated environments.
