Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management
- Lead and communicate process improvements or strategic shifts across the product org.
- Drive adoption of new tools, workflows, or methodologies.
- Analysis
- Conduct data analysis to support product decisions and performance measurement.
- Synthesize insights from various sources for leadership and teams.
- Project Management
- Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
- Track progress, identify risks, and report status to stakeholders.
- Ad Hoc Leadership Support
- Respond to 1-off requests from executive leadership (e.g., special reports, initiative kickoffs, crisis management).
- Prepare presentations, talking points, or briefings.
- Operational Support
Organizational Placement
- Reporting Line:Â Typically reports to the Head of Product, Chief Product Officer, or a senior Product Operations Director.
Stakeholder Interaction:Â Collaborates daily with product managers, engineering leaders, HR/People Ops, finance, and executive leadership.
