Must Have Skills
7+ years of experience leading technology delivery, Agile transformation, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or similar crossfunctional delivery roles.
Strong handson Python development experience, with demonstrated ability to design, build, deploy, orchestrate, monitor, and manage productionready AI agents and agentbased workflows. Experience applying GenAI, AI agents, and automation across the software development lifecycle.
Strong experience facilitating planning, dependency and risk
Nice to have skills
Experience leading AIDLC, AIenabled engineering, or agentic transformation initiatives. Experience as a Scrum Master and or Release Train Engineer (RTE) supporting complex technology programs.
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, APIs, MCP based integrations, prompt engineering, AIassisted development platforms, CICD, and cloud deployment. Experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar GenAI platforms
Top 3 responsibilities
Lead adoption and execution of AIDLC across technology teams, transforming traditional delivery processes into AI enabled ways of working
Perform Scrum Master and RTE type responsibilities, including facilitating planning and delivery cadences, managing cross team dependencies and risks, removing impediments, and driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Quality, Architecture, and Operations.
Hands on design, development, deployment, orchestration, and ongoing management of Python based AI agent
