Role Description
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end UX design lifecycle, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery. The ideal candidate will drive design strategy aligned with business goals and user needs while creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete UX design lifecycle including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery.

Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.

Define and evolve design systems, UI standards, and component libraries for scalability.

Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency.

Translate complex workflows into simple and intuitive user experiences.

Utilize data, user insights, and analytics to optimize design decisions.

Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles.

Ensure high-quality implementation by partnering closely with engineering teams.

Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and end-to-end design ownership.
