Position: ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience across ITSM modules, custom application development, integrations, workflows, and Service Catalog implementations while working in Agile/Scrum environments.
The candidate should have strong technical problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience delivering scalable and high-availability ServiceNow solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Must have active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Build and customize Service Catalog modules and request forms
- Develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Script Includes
- Develop integrations with external enterprise systems
- Implement security controls and user access management
- Create and manage workflows, SLAs, Import Sets, and Update Sets
- Perform migration of solutions across environments
- Create transform maps and manage bulk data uploads
- Enhance ServiceNow user interface for custom look and feel
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during planning and sprint activities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Train business users and support implementation activities
- Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and SDLC best practices
