Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) L2 Support Engineer to provide production support and ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of eCommerce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across frontend and backend technologies, with hands-on experience in SFCC, React.js, and Node.js.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support for SFCC applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and analyze issues across React.js, Node.js, and backend integrations, identifying root causes and recommending fixes.
- Manage incidents using ITSM tools like ServiceNow and JIRA, ensuring adherence to SLAs and support processes.
- Monitor application health and performance using tools such as Splunk, Blue Triangle, or similar platforms.
- Support modern frontend architectures including PWA frameworks and deployment platforms like Vercel.
- Work with CDNs (e.g., Akamai) to ensure optimal site performance and availability.
- Prepare and deliver daily client-facing status reports with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve system stability and customer experience.
- Participate in rotational shifts to support global operations.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including architecture and pipelines.
- Working knowledge of React.js and Node.js.
- Experience in incident management and ITSM processes.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools like Splunk, Blue Triangle, or equivalent.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
- Familiarity with Vercel deployment platform.
- Knowledge of Akamai CDN and performance optimization techniques.
