Job Summary
We are seeking highly experienced SAP Business Intelligence Consultants with strong expertise in SAP BI/BW, reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in designing and implementing scalable BI architectures, data modeling, ETL processes, and executive reporting solutions in large enterprise environments.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support SAP BI/BW solutions for enterprise reporting needs.
- Build dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytics solutions using SAP BI tools.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
- Develop and optimize data models, data flows, and ETL processes.
- Work with SAP BW, HANA, SAC, Business Objects, or related tools.
- Perform query tuning and performance optimization for reports and dashboards.
- Integrate data from SAP and non-SAP systems into reporting environments.
- Support data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and project managers.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Participate in upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Skills
- 14+ years of SAP BI / Business Intelligence experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW / BW4HANA.
- Experience with SAP Business Objects / BO reporting tools.
- Expertise in dashboarding, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Strong SQL, ETL, and data modeling experience.
- Experience with SAP HANA views and reporting integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA reporting environments.
- Experience in federal/government projects preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with data migration and cloud reporting solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
