Experience Required
- 6–8 years of overall experience in software development, data analytics, or data science
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI
Key Responsibilities
Generative AI & NLP Development
- Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications using Python
- Build and optimize deep learning models for NLP use cases such as:
- Text Classification
- Sentiment Analysis
- Text Summarization
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance
- Work with vector databases to manage embeddings and AI-generated data
Modeling & Frameworks
- Develop solutions using deep learning frameworks:
- Apply strong understanding of deep learning architectures and techniques
- Use orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar
Application Development & Deployment
- Build AI-powered applications using:
- Streamlit
- FastAPI
- Flask
- Deploy and scale machine learning models on:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Azure
- Write efficient, scalable, and well-documented Python code
- Support and integrate CI/CD pipelines for ML and GenAI deployments
Advanced AI Architectures
- Work with agentic architectures and multi-agent systems
- Utilize frameworks like AutoGen or similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI solutions
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python (7+ years preferred)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Deep Learning
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Generative AI (GenAI)
- Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and real-world applications
- Experience managing AI/ML lifecycle from development to production
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying AI solutions on GCP or Azure
- Exposure to healthcare domain workflows and data
- Familiarity with agentic and multi-agent AI architectures
