Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager with strong expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and SAP BRIM to lead enterprise-scale initiatives. This role requires deep understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash business processes, hands-on SAP Billing experience, and the ability to independently drive cross-functional discussions and product delivery.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Product Management along with extensive experience in SAP OTC processes and billing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-scale Product Management initiatives across SAP Order-to-Cash and Billing domains.
Drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash business processes and product strategy.
Work extensively with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and systems.
Provide hands-on expertise in SAP SD, SAP Order-to-Cash, and SAP BRIM.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Manage delivery across multiple teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate on enterprise integrations, APIs, and system architecture initiatives.
Participate in or lead Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration initiatives involving acquired companies, products, systems, pricing models, and Quote-to-Cash operational processes.
Operate independently and lead cross-functional discussions to drive successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and systems.
7+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
Strong Product Management experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
Deep expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC).
Strong expertise in end-to-end Quote-to-Cash business processes.
Hands-on experience with:
SAP SD
SAP Order-to-Cash
SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)
Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
Ability to lead workshops, drive requirements, manage stakeholders, and own delivery across multiple teams.
Local to San Jose / Bay Area or able to work onsite regularly.
SAP Billing Experience
The candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP Billing solutions, including:
SAP BRIM – Preferred
SAP Hybris Billing – Acceptable
Exposure to:
Convergent Charging (CC)
Convergent Invoicing (CI)
Preferred Skills
Exposure to CPQ platforms such as CPQ Pros or equivalent.
Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Understanding of CPQ → CLM → SAP integration flows.
Experience with Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration initiatives.
Experience with SaaS, Subscription, and Consumption-based business models.
Exposure to Salesforce CRM integration.
