About the Role:

This role supports the Department’s Information Technology Office, focusing on enterprise application architecture, system modernization, and operational support for JBoss services, Java applications, internal web applications, and web services.

Scope of the Project:

The focus is on maintaining and upgrading JBoss environments, web services, APIs, Linux infrastructure, and internal applications, while supporting modernization and technical enhancement initiatives.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support JBoss Fuse services and JBoss EAP servers
• Upgrade and replace JBoss-EAP servers and custom batch processes
• Maintain and develop internal web applications and web services
• Support QuartzDesk and Java-based applications
• Create and support web services and APIs
• Support Linux, Windows, GitLab, and application server environments
• Assist with enterprise-level application architecture and planning
