We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft CAPPS Functional Consultant with deep expertise in CAPPS Financials and PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Payable to support the State of Texas CAPPS Program.

✅ Vendor Management & Voucher Processing
✅ Run My Jobs (RMJ) & Batch Processing
✅ PUM, Fluid UI & Elasticsearch
✅ Functional Configuration & Production Support
✅ PeopleSoft Security & Integration
✅ ITIL / ITSM / ServiceNow
✅ State of Texas CAPPS / USAS / TINS Experience
Preferred:
✔ Asset Management, General Ledger & Purchasing Modules
✔ Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Project Costing & Travel & Expense
✔ Disaster Recovery & Major Incident Management (MIM)
