🔹 Design, implement, and support enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions
🔹 Administer IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Connect:Direct, GoAnywhere MFT, and Axway SecureTransport environments
🔹 Install, maintain, and upgrade IBM and ISV z/OS products using SMP/E
🔹 Execute z/OS migrations, software deployments, and system maintenance activities
🔹 Configure secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2)
🔹 Automate file transfer processes using Shell, PowerShell, and Python scripting
🔹 Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of MFT infrastructure
🔹 Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support enterprise file transfer operations
