Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Trading Platforms and Capital Markets to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, traders, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver technology solutions that support front, middle, and back-office trading operations.
Required Skills:
8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Trading Platforms.
Hands-on experience with OMS/EMS platforms and the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
Knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, or options trading.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
