Job Description
We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support IT Asset Management operations and multiple State of Good Repair (SOGR) lifecycle initiatives. The analyst will analyze IT asset databases, validate hardware inventories across multiple locations, and ensure accurate asset records within ServiceNow.
The role will involve reviewing and improving asset management processes and procedures, researching new device models and part standards, and preparing scheduled reports to support compliance, audits, and executive oversight.
The analyst will track computer-related assets throughout their lifecycle, coordinate with IT field teams and end users, and support the implementation of new asset management tools, systems, and modules. Experience with enterprise asset tracking, lifecycle management, inventory reconciliation, and data analysis is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to support large-scale asset deployment, recovery, and reconciliation initiatives are essential.
