JD :-

• 12+ years in technology, consulting, or digital transformation, including 5+ years focused on AI/ML, analytics, or intelligent automation.

· Strong understanding of ECM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Box, OpenText) and information governance.

· Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agentic patterns.

· Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and storytelling skills.

· Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).

· Background in Developer Relations (DevRel), technical evangelism, or solution marketing.

· Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance considerations for AI-powered content management.

· Ability to work with Business and Technology stakeholders with ease and confidence.

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
