Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Quality Engineer with 15+ years of total testing experience for a long-term, onsite role in San Ramon, CA. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in the Retail/Ecommerce domain, specifically with major WMS/OMS/ERP platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Fluent). This role requires a professional with 10+ years of experience in testing web/mobile apps and 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software QA Automation for both API and web testing. You will be responsible for developing test plans, writing scalable automation solutions, and working within an Agile SCRUM environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- Testing Experience: 15+ years of total testing experience.
- Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Must have Retail/Ecommerce ERP experience like Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Fluent.
- Retail/Ecommerce Focus: Must have working experience in the Retail Domain covering Ecommerce platforms, OMS, WMS, Supply chain, and inventory.
- Web/Mobile Testing: 10+ years of experience in testing professional web and mobile app software.
- Automation Expertise (5+ Years): 5+ years of Software QA Automation experience on both API and web automation.
- Methodology: Strong knowledge in Testing process and methodologies, with experience working in an Agile SCRUM and Test-driven environment.
- Technical Skills: Ability to write and maintain efficient, reusable automated test cases and develop scalable automation solutions.
- Exposure and understanding of modern web standards and technology.
