Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Repair & Maintenance (R&M) domain to bridge business needs and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of repair operations, maintenance management, service workflows, asset lifecycle management, and field service processes.
The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to gather requirements, optimize processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
