Role Name Business Analyst – AI & Innovation OnshoreLocation: East Rutherford USHybrid Role – 3 Days per Week In OfficeTravel to **New York City (NYC)** required based on business needs, stakeholder workshops, client discussions, and AI innovation initiatives.**Role Overview**We are seeking a highly motivated **Business Analyst (AI & Innovation)** to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the AI delivery team. This role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and shaping AI-driven opportunities across the organization while supporting the execution of the organization''s AI roadmap.The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to understand challenges, gather requirements, identify high-value AI use cases, and coordinate Proof of Concepts (POCs) through implementation. This individual will play a critical role in accelerating AI adoption and ensuring business value realization from AI investments.
**Key Responsibilities****AI Strategy & Roadmap Alignment**- Partner with the AI leadership team to support execution of the enterprise AI roadmap.- Align business initiatives with strategic AI priorities and transformation goals.- Track AI initiatives, use cases, and innovation opportunities across departments.- Assist in developing AI adoption plans, success metrics, and value realization frameworks.**Business Engagement & Use Case Discovery**- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for AI-driven automation and insights.- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.- Translate business problems into clearly defined AI use cases.- Assess feasibility, business impact, implementation complexity, and expected ROI of AI opportunities.**Proof of Concept (POC) Development**- Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Solution Architects, and Product Teams to define POC requirements.- Document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.- Coordinate POC execution timelines, testing activities, and stakeholder feedback sessions.- Measure and report POC outcomes, benefits, risks, and recommendations for scaling.**Requirements &Â
Documentation**- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI solutions.- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process maps, and workflow documentation.- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria for AI initiatives.- Maintain a repository of AI use cases, business cases, lessons learned, and best practices.**Stakeholder Management**- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and AI technical teams.- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to stakeholders.- Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to management and executive leadership.
– Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate change management activities related to AI adoption.**AI Innovation & Market Awareness**- Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, GenAI platforms, Copilot solutions, AI agents, automation tools, and industry trends.- Recommend innovative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.- Support innovation programs, hackathons, and ideation workshops.
