· Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
· Manage and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the Product Owner.
· Drive UAT planning, test case preparation, defect triage, and sign-off with business users.
Stakeholder Management
· Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT delivery teams, and the Guidewire implementation partner.
· Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
· Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Integration & Data
· Support analysis of PolicyCenter integrations with billing systems, claims, document management, rating engines, and third-party data providers.
· Work with data teams to define data migration requirements and validate conversion data quality.
