• Follow requirement elicitation strategies to gather requirements from business stakeholders for tasks related to application\data migration
• Facilitate project conference calls, status meetings, planning sessions, and provide for meeting notes
• Be a consultant to customers and communicate project status throughout the project lifecycle
• Keep the project team informed of key issues and tasks that require follow-up in a timely manner
• Facilitate calls with different teams to drive necessary information
• Engage with business team, state partners, federal partners such as CDC
• Document current state, future state process, GAP analysis, requirements documentation, user stories with acceptance criteria
• Represent requirements in process flow and other suitable pictorial diagrams
• Actively participating in functional and systems integration unit testing; creating test plans, scenarios, and testing results
• Assisting customers with user acceptance testing
• Developing and presenting training to customers, documenting user manual when needed
• Providing implementation and maintenance support
• Utilizing system-based project management applications, collaboration applications, and MS Office applications, SharePoint, MS Project, Teams, etc.

• 7 Years – Demonstrates skill in project planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, business process mapping, procedural writing, process engineering.
• 7 Years – Demonstrates problem-solving, active listening, negotiation, conflict resolution, group visitation, written and oral communication.
• 7 Years – Should be Excellent in facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, organization and time management, and presentation skills.
• 7 Years – Documenting and understanding customer requirements, processes, and design and programming specifications.
• Should be skilled in Business analysis, requirements solicitation and documentation.
• 7 Years – Demonstrated skills in Meeting facilitation with customers and technical teams both.
• 7 Years – Knowledge and experience using multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
• 7 Years – Knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, quality assurance techniques, and change management procedures.
• 5 Years – Should be skilled in reading logical data models, databases and programming specifications developed from customer requirements.

• 5 Years – Experience with Healthcare Information Systems such as diseases surveillance systems.

• 2 Years – Experience or knowledge with the Commonwealth of Virginia Information Security Standard, SEC 530.
