Job description
As part of the expansion plan, Brilliant Infotech Inc is looking to add six ambitious and sharp Bench Sales professionals to our India team. The candidates should have a proven track record of 2-7 plus years of a successful career in US IT Bench Sales operations. Positions will be based in our Sector-62, Noida, India office.
Role and Responsibilities:
Communicating with Vendors and Recruiters to identify future job openings and position the bench sales candidates.
Experience positioning the bench candidates via different portals and tools.
Interacting with the candidates to develop trust and confidence.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements, in case of onboarding against a requirement.
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Performing background and reference checks for the bench applicants, going thoroughly through resume and Linkedin.
Highlighting candidates skillset in line with the job descriptions while positioning the candidates.
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork, in association with HR.
Familiarity with and willingness to use ATS like CEIPAL and submitting daily status reports.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Experience with Bench Placements in Java, JEE, AWS, DevOps, CSM, Project managers/Coordinators, Data engineering/Analysts, Business Analysts, QA
Required Candidate Profile
A Bachelor’s of Science, Engineering or Human Resources degree.
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
A valid Linkedin profile.
Experience in bench sales processes and platforms.
Good interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
The working hours will be 9 AM – 6:00 PM EST, however, some after-hours support based on the business need at times might be required.
