We are looking for an experienced BaaN Tester with strong expertise in testing ERP applications built on the BaaN/LN platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in functional, integration, and regression testing, along with a solid understanding of ERP business processes such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test cases for BaaN/LN ERP applications.
Perform Functional, System Integration (SIT), Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
Validate business processes across BaaN ERP modules.
Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test scripts.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Functional Consultants to resolve issues.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
Ensure application quality by validating enhancements, patches, and production fixes.
Prepare test execution reports and maintain testing documentation.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in ERP Testing with BaaN ERP/Infor LN.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
Experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, SIT, and UAT.
Hands-on experience in test case creation and defect lifecycle management.
Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Infor LN implementations or upgrades.
Knowledge of Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain modules.
Experience in test automation is an added advantage.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
ISTQB Certification is preferred.
