• Provide Agency-selected staff with experience with agile frameworks and AzureDevOps is required.
• PMP certification is required..
• In addition, the selected candidate must have at least seven (7) years of professional experience managing IT projects using the Project Management Institute’s current Project Management Body of Knowledge.
• Business analysis experience is preferred.
Requirement:
1. Monitor and collaborate on the Division of Enterprise Innovation and Technology Project Management Office (PMO) compliance. Work products will be in the Agency PMO template format.
2. Work under the direction of the Agency’s designated project manager or the Project Management Office Chief. Participate in and lead activities as directed by the Agency
3. Provide Agency selected Staff to develop and maintain an Information Technology (IT) Project Plan with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and associated costs within two (2) weeks of a contracted date. The Project Plan shall outline the coordination, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure activities for the Rural Health Transformation Project.
4. Provide Agency-selected staff to develop and monitor project plans supporting the successful completion of each respective phase within this overall project.
5. Provide Agency-selected staff to monitor Division of IT Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM) compliance, including Project Management Rule 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code. Work products will be in the Agency ISDM template format.
6. Provide Agency-selected staff to capture and disseminate information pertaining to issues and risks with contingency and mitigation plans defined by Teams and the project charter and tracked in the team repository.
7. Provide Agency-selected staff to oversee the development and recording of meeting agendas, decision point documentation, and meeting summaries for all project Teams, as applicable.
8. Provide Agency-selected staff to disseminate information to all Team members through transmittal methods directed by the Agency per the project communication plan.
9. Provide Agency-selected staff to coordinate completion of work with team members, including any other Agency vendors, to implement the system improvements and/or new systems, as necessary.
10. Provide Agency-selected staff to develop and update plans to design, test, and pilot required systems.
11. Provide Agency-selected staff to develop a training plan, including developing training material (s). All training materials shall be pre-approved by the Agency prior to use.
12. Provide Agency-selected staff to adhere to all security policies and procedures in the use of the Agency network and resources.
13. Provide Agency-selected staff with experience with agile frameworks and AzureDevOps is required.
