Position Summary
Seeking a skilled Nuance's Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) experience provides real-time, cloud-based and on-premises speech-to-text transcription designed primarily for enterprise conversational Al and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and contact centres. The respective individual should keep excellent skillsets over Scripting & Automation using Ansible in the Linux environment.
Required Qualifications
· Scripting & Automation using Ansible
· Strong experience in Nuance ASR/TTS using Linux environment
· Experience managing Linux servers
· Good understanding of using Tomcats and MySQL database
· Genesys Voice Portal with Nuance AST/TTS administration experience
