Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI UI/UX Front-End Engineer to design and develop intuitive, AI-powered user experiences for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong front-end engineering expertise with exceptional UI/UX design skills and experience building applications that leverage Generative AI, Copilot, and conversational interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop modern, responsive, and accessible web applications using React, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks.
Create intuitive UI/UX experiences for AI-enabled applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and Copilot-based solutions.
Collaborate with AI Architects, Product Managers, and Data Scientists to translate AI capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
Develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and conversational user interfaces.
Implement and optimize front-end integrations with AI/GenAI services, including Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys based on business requirements.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into product enhancements.
Ensure compliance with accessibility, performance, and security standards.
Participate in code reviews and UI/UX design reviews.
Role Descriptions:
Working on a scrum team as a front-end Developer. Design and develop reusable software modules that meet customer requirements while upholding high standards of reliability, security, maintainability, and performance. Assist in defining product technical architecture. Maintain and document deliverables in Rally as needed. Participate in peer reviews for designs, code, and other work products and scrum ceremonies. Perform software quality assurance, including all types of testing. Adherence to coding standards. Collaborate and communicate effectively with other engineers and offshore teams. Partner with business and enterprise architecture team to understand requirements and design develop end to end solution. Practice agile solution delivery, influence teams towards engineering best practices such as DevOps, CICD, Everything as a code. Follow engineering best practices and coding principles for successful delivery of program/project. Partner closely with global teams to implement the design. Serves as a resource to other.
