Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning
  • Define AI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency, innovation, or competitive advantage.
• System Design & Implementation
  • Architect scalable, secure, and efficient AI systems.
  • Select appropriate ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Build AI infrastructure capable of handling large datasets.
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate complex functional requirements into detailed technical designs.
• Optimization & Evaluation
  • Continuously assess AI models for accuracy and performance.
  • Improve algorithms and retrain models as needed.
  • Establish automated pipelines for model development, validation, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 8–15 years in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong programming (Python, Java, C++).
  • Expertise in ML/DL algorithms, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Data engineering tools (Spark, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL databases).
• Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication.
