Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agiloft Consultant to support customers in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Agiloft platform. This role requires strong product knowledge, the ability to translate business requirements into effective system design, and the confidence to guide customers through configuration decisions and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Agiloft product capabilities, features, and best practices.
- Lead customer workshops to gather business requirements and define solution design.
- Recommend and configure Agiloft workflows, forms, fields, rules, reports, and automation.
- Guide customers through design decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Agiloft.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver solutions on time.
- Support testing, user acceptance, training, and go-live readiness.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide ongoing functional support.
- Document configuration, design decisions, and solution dependencies clearly.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Agiloft implementation, configuration, or administration.
- Strong understanding of Agiloft features, functionality, and configuration options.
- Experience translating business needs into system design and workflow solutions.
- Ability to advise customers on process design, optimization, and platform capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in customer-facing consulting or implementation roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contract lifecycle management, workflow automation, or related enterprise platforms.
- Background in SaaS, business process improvement, or solution consulting.
- Familiarity with integrations, data migration, reporting, and security concepts.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in a consulting or advisory capacity.
