Job Requirements: 

•   1 to 6 years of experience in “US Recruitment” especially in the IT field.
•   Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST Timings).
•   Should possess Sound knowledge in IT and Technical concepts (it’s a must have skill in recruitment to understand the requirements on any technology).
•   Should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
•   Should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
•   Should be well versed with US Tax-terms (W2 and corp2corp).
•   Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
•   Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. 
•   Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
