Job Description-

 

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Agentic AI Developer with strong experience in Python, SQL, Azure, RAG, and Agentic AI development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent workflows.

The ideal candidate should have experience building production-ready LLM applications, integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, and developing secure and scalable backend solutions. This role requires strong software engineering skills along with practical experience in AI application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI and LLM-based applications.
• Build RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, tool/function calling, and structured AI responses.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data-processing workflows using Python and SQL.
• Work with Databricks for data ingestion, transformation, validation, and processing.
• Implement AI evaluation, output validation, human-in-the-loop reviews, and fallback mechanisms.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems while ensuring security, authorization, and data privacy.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Implement monitoring, logging, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and platform teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Follow enterprise governance, CI/CD, Git, and secure development practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience developing production-ready LLM-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG Pipelines, and AI Agents.
• Experience with tool/function calling, structured outputs, and retrieval-grounded generation.
• Strong backend and API development experience.
• Experience with Databricks or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and automated testing.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FastAPI, React, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or Azure AI Foundry Agents.
• Experience with Databricks Apps, Jobs, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
• Knowledge of Azure Blob Storage and managed identities.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Healthcare or enterprise data experience is a plus.
