Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Drive successful execution of strategic clinical programs and transformation initiatives.
Establish project governance, reporting, and executive-level communications.
Agile Leadership
Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams.
Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Remove impediments and enable high-performing, self-organizing teams.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Clinical Partnership
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, care teams, and operational stakeholders.
Translate clinical needs into actionable delivery plans and technology solutions.
Ensure alignment between clinical objectives and technology capabilities.
Support organizational change management and adoption activities.
Technology Delivery
Partner with architects, developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams.
Oversee delivery involving:
Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR)
Clinical Applications
Healthcare Data & Analytics
AI and Automation Solutions
Cloud Technologies
System Integrations and APIs
Digital Health Platforms
Understand technical dependencies, solution architecture, and implementation approach sufficiently to guide delivery decisions.
