Job Title: Lead Specialist, Oracle Support Delivery
Location: Dallas, TX – Onsite
Mode: Contract
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Lead Specialist to lead delivery and support for Oracle EBS financial applications and specialized in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles. Need to lead the support, maintenance, continuous improvement of support and delivery of the support for the client. The role will be responsible for managing production support operations, stakeholder engagement, service management, KPIs and ensuring system stability aligned with business objectives always.
Key Responsibilities
Client point of contact for daily operational delivery and issue resolution.
Deliver weekly and monthly status reports and performance reports. Develop and distribute operational performance reports and analytics to applicable stakeholders.
Continually refine and improve Operations and Service procedures, standards, and policies to conform to firm and client requirements for supported pillar. Research and respond to client inquiries in coordination with internal and external onshore and offshore teams
Client delivery support providing timely and accurate reporting and creating and delivering insights to clients with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Work with onshore and offshore client delivery teams to support data analysis, review inputs for accuracy, log and manage issues. Drive efficiency by continuously improving business process and task automation
Encourage communication of new ideas, innovation, suggestions, and problems. Review for appropriate action or implementation. Manage service quality issues related to service level achievement, performance, and delivery quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in managing Oracle application support operations.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
Deep understanding of end‑to‑end financial process flows and accounting impacts. Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial controls.
Oracle EBS financial applications skills in AP, AR, GL, CM, iSupplier and specialized in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) skills
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and written and oral communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel as necessary
