- QA Professional (10+ years of experience in Testing) with strong manual testing experience especially in workflows related Equity domain. Nice to have – knowledge of Equity plan administration (stock plans and equity compensation program)
- Performing functional testing to UI, API, Data flow, Batch job
- Creation test plan, reporting on testing progress, completion report for application releases and ensuring defect management
Experience in Agile Methodology
• Someone with hands-on QA experience (Business analyst with no past QA experience will not work)
• Has to know Equity as a domain (stock plans and equity compensation program knowledge is a plus not a must)
• Must have strong SQL knowledge
• Should have a clear understanding of Defect Management process.
• Strong communication. They will work directly with Business.
• Lot of File will be transferred between Business and the new product vendor. Experience in file comparison testing.
• Lot of reports will be generated in the new platform. Report validation experience.
• Basic calculations involving tax, experience of NA equity market is key.
• Knowledge of automation technology is a plus not a must. Expected to be smart. Ability to write micro etc. for doing the work faster.
