Required Skills:
· 10+ years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst.
· Strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
· Experience working on AI/ML or Generative AI projects (LLMs, AI Assistants, Chatbots, Intelligent Automation).
· Expertise in requirement gathering, user story creation, backlog management, and process analysis.
· Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
· Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
· Experience with Jira, Confluence, and data-driven decision making.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
