Remote C2C Job – Lead Guidewire Policy Center Developer

Role: Lead Guidewire Policy Center Developer
Location: Lansing, Michigan – Remote

Must have skills: Guidewire Associate certified

Job Description:
>> 8+ years of hands-on experience
>> Configure PolicyCenter data models, product models, screen layouts (PCF files), underwriting rules, and rating logic.
>> Write clean, efficient business logic, enhancements, and scripts using Guidewire’s Gosu language and Java.
>> Build and maintain integrations between PolicyCenter and external or internal third-party systems using web services, APIs, and messaging frameworks.
>> Perform thorough unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and resolve configuration or integration issues across dev, QA, and production environments. >> Work alongside Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment to refine technical requirements. >> 7+ years of hands-on technical experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration or integration.
>> Strong proficiency in Gosu, Java/J2EE, XML, JSON, and SQL/PL-SQL database queries.
>> Solid understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, policy lifecycles, and rating/quoting jobs.
>> Experience with Guidewire Studio, Git/SVN version control, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
>> Active Guidewire Developer Certificate
