Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Salesforce Agentforce.
Build and manage customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
Integrate Salesforce with external platforms and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Support deployments, testing, and production enhancements.
Required Skills
8+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Platform.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Agentforce / AI capabilities.
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer Certification(s).
Experience with AI/Generative AI use cases within Salesforce.
Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Agile/Scrum experience.
