About the Role: 
Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is seeking a professional with advanced Microsoft Power BI expertise to design and develop reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions. The role plays a key part in supporting governance, training, and departmental reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced Microsoft Power BI expertise
• Design and develop dashboards and reports
• Create and maintain semantic models and datasets
• Optimize DAX calculations and report performance
• Implement data visualization best practices
• Develop governance standards and reporting frameworks
• Provide Power BI training and knowledge transfer
• Assist departments with analytics and reporting needs

Required Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant professional certifications
