Job Description
We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Architect with strong techno-functional expertise to lead large-scale PeopleSoft HCM implementations for an EST-based client. The ideal candidate will have a balanced background in both technical architecture and functional HCM processes, with proven experience leading implementation projects from design through deployment.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of overall PeopleSoft HCM experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Architect.
- Strong Techno-Functional background (approximately 50% Technical / 50% Functional).
- Proven experience leading full-cycle PeopleSoft HCM implementations.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to provide architecture, solution design, and implementation leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft HCM implementation projects.
- Design scalable PeopleSoft HCM architecture and technical solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Provide functional guidance on HCM business processes and best practices.
- Lead configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large enterprise or public sector implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous consulting or implementation partner experience is a plus.
