Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong commitment to operational excellence and technical proficiency in the deployment and management of cybersecurity technologies, including but not limited to Trend Micro Antivirus, RSA SecureID, and Splunk.

The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments while meeting deadlines with a strong safety mindset. This individual should demonstrate sound judgment, make effective business decisions, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create technical design and procedural documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement new deployments of cybersecurity technologies such as CyberArk, Tenable, and other security products.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrade efforts to support applications and cybersecurity growth.
• Determine and propose architecture for system deployments.
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders during technology deployments.
• Configure, install, and set up cybersecurity systems.
• Create technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Train team members on newly deployed systems.
• Patch, maintain, and support cybersecurity technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience managing Splunk Enterprise Security.
• Hands-on experience with Trend Micro Antivirus.
• Experience deploying and managing cybersecurity technologies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Sound analytical and decision-making skills.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift and transport server equipment when required.
• Willingness to provide off-hours and on-call support for cybersecurity systems.
• Flexibility to work overtime and outside normal business hours when needed.
• Ability to travel to various company locations.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work onsite a minimum of four days per week (post-COVID work arrangement).
• Must successfully pass a NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check.
