Job Description
ServiceNow Team Lead provides guidance to our client and the NTT DATA Team in requirements gathering, design and development of solutions
Required Experience
• 3+ years’ experience with the design, build, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services is required.
• 2+ years’ experience with writing technical specification documents for development, performing testing, and/or performing configuration management for the implementation, enhancement or upgrade solutions in a cloud hosted environment is desired
• Implementation and/or maintenance experience is required in all of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, SPM, EA (APM)
• 1 or more relevant technical/professional certifications required, including:
– ServiceNow System Admin (CSA)
– ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
• Ability to understand, exercise, and adhere to ServiceNow Platform best practices and development management policies.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in determining work and problem resolution priorities and approaches
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test Management Modules.
• Testing Expertise: Solid grasp of QA methodologies, including manual, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
