Job Title : ServiceNow IRM Technical Lead

Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in IRM configuration for risk and controls
- Broad IT experience of working within a large enterprise on Multiple implementations.
- Candidates should have strong knowledge on ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Governance, Risk & Compliance.
- ServiceNow GRC Implementation or development experience is a must have.
- Should have understanding on ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Good hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, Glide and Jelly Scripting.
- Design and modify ServiceNow forms, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more.
- Knowledge of best practices in ServiceNow development activities/coding.
- Conducting Proof of Concept activities when necessary.
- Integration with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc)
- Good understanding of building Machine Learning, AI, RPA scenarios will be added value.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Work with global ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow across any location of client.
· Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
· Help design and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.
· Prepare run books on specific technology areas.
· Undertake project specific Proof of Concepts activities to validate technical feasibility with guidance.
· Work with the client team to address escalations and own the resolution during the critical incident scenario.
· Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow
· Identify opportunities for automation standardization and stabilization of environment.
· Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed
· Applies innovative technical solutions to business and the application processes.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
Academic & Professional Skills:
- ServiceNow System certified administration is a must
- Certified Implementation Specialist- ITSM is a must
- Certified Implementation Specialist- Risk & Compliance is preferred.
- ITIL Foundations certification is a must.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education
