Role Descriptions:
QA Salesforce & Automation lead (8+ Yr)
Leads end-to-end QA for Salesforce applications, ensuring quality through manual and automated testing strategies.
Designs and implements automation frameworks while validating integrations and business processes.
Manages QA teams, drives Agile delivery, and collaborates with stakeholders for successful releases.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder) Apex & Flow understanding Performance testing (JMeter) Database/SQL knowledge Integration tools (MuleSoft) DevOps exposure (Azure DevOps) Strong stakeholder communication
Role Descriptions:
Lead QA team and manage end-to-end testing activities.
Define test strategy| test plans| and automation approachDevelop and execute functional| regression| integration| and automation testingImplement and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium Webdriver IO)
Expertise in Salesforce application testingIntegrate automation with CICD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab Azure Devops)Manage defect tracking and reporting using tools like JIRA qTest
Collaborate with developers| product owners| Business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
