Role Summary
The AI Architect will be responsible for defining end-to-end agent frameworks, aligning with enterprise environments and governance standards, and collaborating with engineering, QA, security, and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Stakeholder Leadership
- Translate business problems into agent-driven solution blueprints
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases (automation, decision support, operations)
- Provide executive-level guidance on AI adoption, maturity models, and roadmaps
- Support RFPs, client discussions, and solutioning initiatives
Architecture & Design
- Define architectures for agentic AI systems (single-agent, multi-agent, hierarchical)
- Design LLM-driven workflows with reasoning, planning, memory, and human-in-the-loop
- Build RAG-based and tool-integrated AI solutions
- Ensure scalability, observability, and cost optimization
Governance & Risk
- Establish AI guardrails (bias, safety, explainability, compliance)
- Define lifecycle management for AI systems
- Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Security teams for enterprise readiness
- Drive standards for testing and validation
Core AI & GenAI Expertise
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and reasoning frameworks
- Experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel)
- Hands-on with RAG, embeddings, vector databases
- Exposure to fine-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA) and evaluation techniques
Architecture & Engineering
- Expertise in distributed systems, APIs, and microservices
- Strong Python skills and enterprise integration experience
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Knowledge of monitoring and cost optimization for AI systems
