Key Requirement:
• Former World Bank experience is REQUIRED and is the most important qualification for this role.

Required Skills:
• Business Analyst or Product Owner experience
• Azure experience
• Azure DevOps experience
• Agile methodology experience
• SAFe/Agile environment experience
• SAFe certifications preferred, but strong hands-on experience will be considered

Project Overview:
• Procurement group working on a STEP application upgrade
• Team consists of 7 pods
• Resources will be assigned to different pods based on project needs and availability
• Technology stack may vary depending on pod assignment, so candidates can be somewhat technology agnostic

Preferred Qualifications:
• Business Analyst or Product Owner background
• Hybrid work capability preferred
• Strong Business Analysts will also be considered
• Mid-level experience (approximately 6–7 years)
• Prior World Bank experience highly preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to quickly ramp up and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment

Interview Process:
• Interviews scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday of next week
