Key Responsibilities:
- Define Data Cloud architecture, use cases, and roadmap
- Design data ingestion and harmonization via Data Streams/connectors and ETL
- Define data model mapping, identity resolution, and survivorship policies
- Build calculated insights and segments
- Implement governance for data quality, consent/privacy, and RBAC; ensure auditability
- Establish monitoring for data freshness, match rates, and activation performance; enforce SLAs
- Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, and Security teams to deliver and scale
Required Qualifications:
- 6ā8 years of experience in data/CRM platforms; 2+ years with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DLO/DMO mapping, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activation
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with ETL/ELT and APIs
- Integration experience with Salesforce core clouds and analytics (CRM Analytics/Tableau)
- Proven knowledge of data governance and role-based access
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery track record
Preferred:
- Salesforce certifications: Data Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Platform App Builder
- Familiarity with Agentforce use cases and observability/data quality tools
