Remedy Integration Consultant
Experienced Remedy professional to support the design and implementation of an integration between the organization's ServiceNow platform and a customer-owned Remedy environment. This is a short-term engagement (approximately 3 months) focused on providing Remedy expertise, integration guidance, and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document integration requirements between ServiceNow and Remedy.
- Design and support data flows, field mappings, and process integrations.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow, customer, and technical teams to develop and test integration solution
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Support system testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Document integration design, configuration, and operational procedures.

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with BMC Remedy / Helix platform.
- Experience designing and supporting system integrations.
- Understanding of APIs, web services, and data mapping concepts.
- Ability to work directly wich business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow administration, development, or integrations.
- Prior ServiceNow-to-Remedy integration experience.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management).

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
